Probably meant for ages 4-6 My daughter is almost 4 (size 9.5 toddler feet) and already she wants to wear nail polish like her friends. She can’t stay still long enough for fingernails to dry, so I suggested we paint her toenails. The polish kept smearing though because she can’t spread her toes yet and cotton balls were too big and messy.
