Excellent, very affordable product. THE BEST tool out there for hair removal. Not hard to use at all. The VERY BEST hair remover I’ve ever used. I’ve used the wax, the cream, and OUCH (the tweezer). This was such a pain taking care of the unneeded hair on my body but this tool is excellent. I had to get used to it at first, it does pull a bit at first, but once you get used to it, it is extremely easy to do. I use it sitting in front of my tv. It’s that easy!
Do not perform as well as my old one. I purchased these because I lost one I had (I’ve since found it – thank goodness). Although these are similar to the one I originally had, they do not perform the same. These do not grab the hair as well as the other one I had and therefor don’t seem to be as efficient. I don’t know if I need to pull the spring apart more than they are or if they are not tight enough. I’ll try “springing” the spring a little and see if that works.
