Your towels stay super super moist which is nice This is the mac daddy of towel warmers, but beware it is LOUD! You will hear it boil and its huge!!! I probably could have gone with the smaller size, but on the plus side, I can store my hot packs (neck and back), all my towels, and my stones. Quality on this thing is top notch.
