Really nice quality starter set! I just received this in mail and I am so thrilled with it. I have serious anxiety attacks and am working on breathing exercises to help with them, so I purchased this. It’s a lovely set. I am smell sensitive and love all 4 oils included, none of these bother me at all. I used two drops of oil/scent on each side of pad before inserting in necklace and it seems to be the perfect amount. I love this thing!!! Best $18.99 I have spent in a while.
