Well it looked nice but failed in a couple months. This product looks great and functioned nicely for about two months. Then it died. Completely, it won’t turn on at all. The last beard trimmer I had lasted 15 years. This is very disappointing. I have contacted the seller to see if they will offer a replacement. Will update review with results.
like so many others like so many others, mine just stopped working in less than 10 months. as far as trimming hair, it doesn’t do well with that either, as it seemed to me that it wanted to pull the hairs out rather than cut them. I’ll say this, it does look good, but i don’t need something to look at, i needed it to work. good thing i still had a norelco in the drawer, even after all the time spent there i pulled it out and it still had a charge.
Works when new, but cheap Ni-Cad battery lets it down. Lasted about a year and a half before completely dying. Started to not hold a charge for long about a year in. When new it worked nicely. The problem is that the exterior design is nice, the blades seem to work well, but the electronics are really cheap and basic. I took it apart seeing as though it was dead anyway and inside there is the motor, an old school Ni-Cad battery , a diode, a couple of resistors and an LED. No charging circuit to protect the battery, a cheap old technology battery…
