They fit very comfortably btwn my big toe I am a size 7-7 1/2 shoe. They fit very comfortably btwn my big toe.
Great price for an important product I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and with that can come tangled toes as joints break down. The Visco-Gel Toe Spacers allow me to wear shoes and sandals comfortably. The gel makes them easy to clean and can be used over and over again.

I had bunion surgery 8 months ago and these are the spacers that my amazing surgeon recommended. They separate my toes and cushion the joint. They stay in good condition for months before needing to be replaced. They do pick up some dirt and pet hair, and eventually lose their white/clear color to become dirtier looking, but that happens with any silicone product.
