A true rose scent I got this powder a few days ago. As soon as I opened the Amazon packaging box, I could already smell the rose fragrance. I have been looking for a true rose scent product in a long time, but most of the beauty products that has a “rose” label does not smell like a rose. I use this powder every time after shower, it keeps me dry in this muggy summer, and it makes me smell so good. I am very happy with the product.
Lovely scent but made with talc I’m a bit of a scent snob and this one’s actually got truly a nice rose/violet/green smell to it, but it IS strong and perfumey so please know that (especially if you are scent-sensitive). My own sensitive skin seems to be fine with it. It works really well as a dusting powder, I put it on before my bra and undies in the morning and during the summer I dust it everywhere to keep from getting all “glowy” (okay, sweaty). Great purchase. I have been buying powder in tins for years and decided I wanted one with a puff for easier application. The container is cardboard and the inset lid is not attached to the sides, so it is easy to push it down if you aren’t careful. The lid also has a ribbon attached to make it easy to slide the top off the bottom of the box. There is a plastic insert inside, partly perforated and partly not, meant to keep too much powder from coming out, I guess, but i didn’t like how little powder it…
