Worked for 1 day, then does not work anymore … Worked for 1 day, then does not work anymore. I am using the correct oils. I contacted the company and they sent me a guide to clean unit and retry, still does not work.
Great Product – Fix/Maintain with Rubbing Alcolohol – You will be happy The price point on the diffuser, its design, and ability to put oil into the air is spot on. I ordered two hoping that they would work but was worried after reading the reviews. The reviews are correct in that one of the two did not work out of the box. There was a placard included in the box stating that as a preparation to use, run rubbing alcohol. I tried it and both work perfect after the maintenance. 5 stars. I don’t think they are working properly I’m hoping that i am doing something wrong. I put the plug in together as directed, shook it and plugged it in. Hit the button to the blue and nothing happened on 3 of the plugins that I bought. One did for a while. Yes, I know that they are set to diffuse on a set schedule, but 3 of them never did and the others stopped working after a day.. I’m going to return them.
