Excellent For Balance & Support AMAZING! I have used this every day for an year now. It is an awesome product that stretched my toes in a nice way. I noticed improved balance and just overall posture support.I started with 5 minutes and now can keep it on for an hour. It feels great when I put it on now, almost like getting a massage for my toesies. Just do not use this while standing or walking.
Who would have thought? I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for just about one year now. I purchased both a hard foot brace to sleep in as well as a special plantar fasciitis sock to sleep in. The hard brace was impossible to use and the sock, although it provided a small bit of relief, stopped working after about two months (not because it “broke” but because I got used to the sock and compensated for it by curling my toes in the opposite directly in my sleep).
