A lot of bang for your buck As a professional esthetician, this gives a lot of bang for your buck. The 2 major drawbacks are.1) thos unit CANNOT operate with distilled/purified water as we’re supposed to use. It cannot read the minerals (or lack thereof) of the purer water…it needs tap water to operate. 2) the opening to put water into steamer is very tiny and takes longer than Im used to…3) a minor drawback and easily fixed is the very short cord it comes with, so immediately hooked up an extension cord….. haven’t…
We use distilled water in it and take good care of it Received mine March 23rd and it broke in June. We use distilled water in it and take good care of it. Just stopped working.
BAD BAD VERY BAD MACHINE WARNING IT MAY START A FIRE INTERNALLY OF THE MACHINE AND CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS This product blew up with a fireball inside the main unit. I have owned a salon since 1989. I purchased this because I needed a quick ship item and had a new spa employee that needed a steamer. My client ended up in the hospital with severe burns. I am a licensed salon owner and cosmetologist. PLEASE STAY AWAY WITH THIS SELLER, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
